Clinical Coordinator
RFC is a boutique private practice psychology office specializing in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder & Sever Anxiety. Due to our expanding industry, we need a dynamic individual who would fit in well with the highly demanding yet rewarding career position of Clinical Coordinator.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years in the administrative field, preferably in the medical/mental health industry. This position requires the individual to have experienced in dealing with the high volume workload that fluctuates daily. You must be flexible and able to change directions at any given time while remaining professional, grounded, and still produce flawless work.
The responsibilities for the Clinical Coordinator include but aren’t limited to the following:
- First-person of contact for potential patients conducting intake calls and schedule consults and evaluation. Must be comfortable with heavy phone communication with mandatory follow-up and follow-through.
- Assists the clinical team with various tasks to ensure that the office runs at the highest quality level.
- Detailed and intensive administrative work such as maintaining and organizing an online treatment database. Including uploading patient charts, billing.
- Scheduling on behalf of all clinicians to ensure that adjustments to their schedule are accurate.
- Process payment and billing for patients, including multiple forms of payment, payment schedules, and recording of payments.
Requirements
- Must have a bachelor’s degree to qualify. Prefer in the field of Psychology or related industry not required.
- Must have a minimum of five years of office experience in administration and supporting roles.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal++). The candidate will be required to show evidence of said skills throughout the hiring process.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment, able to multi-task and manage requests with high accuracy.
- Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Press) is required.

Compensation: $32-$35k
